You can choose to have your order delivered to you, collect at designated MTR stations, or self pick-up at our bakery house in Fo Tan.
Delivery
We provide free delivery service on orders over $500, except for remote areas.
For orders less than $500, delivery fee starts from HKD60 depends on location and any tolls along the delivery route. Fee to different districts of Hong Kong ranges from:
- HK Island – $130 to $170
- Kowloon – $85 to $120
- New Territories – $60 to $170
The exact delivery fee for your orders will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery to Kau To Shan and Fo Tan Mid-levels
To better serve our surrounding areas, we offer free delivery service to Kau To Shan and Fo Tan mid-levels residence (Lok Lam Road, Lok Lin Path, Lok Fung Path, Lok Ha Square, Lok Shun Path, Lok Yuen Path, Hill Lodge, Shatin Lodge, The Grandville and Ficus Garden) with no minimum spend. Unless your order is over $500, this service will only deliver orders to building lobby or road side, you may need to visit the lobby or the street by your house to receive your orders,
IMPORTANT
Please note our home delivery service does not cover delivery locations that cannot be reached directly by trucks (such as most village houses), housing estates that do not have free parking (at least 15 minutes of free parking), and buildings that do not have direct elevator access (such as tenement houses). If your delivery address is located in one of these areas, please indicate or inform our staff when you order, and you may need to pick up your order downstairs or at nearby free parking places.
No delivery service for outlying islands, airport, and restricted areas of Hong Kong. Some remote areas are not covered by our delivery partner. If it happens that your delivery address is within these area, we will contact you for refund.
Order will be considered forfeited and no refund will be made if order cannot be delivered due to incomplete/incorrect delivery information or absence of recipient at the designated date, time and address.
We share your delivery information to our delivery partner. The driver would call the recipient when the driver arrives.
Pick-up
We want you to enjoy the freshest bread possible, but delivery takes time and may be expensive. You are always welcome to pick-up your order the same day at our bakery house in Fo Tan.
Pick-up location: Room Q, 6/F, Block 1, Kin Ho Industrial Building, 14-24 Au Pui Wan Street, Fo Tan, Hong Kong.

Collect at MTR Stations / Shopping Mall
Your orders can be delivered to the MTR stations below or shopping mall for collection by a delivery agent at no extra cost and no minimum order is required.
- Admiralty MTR at customer service centre by Exit A ~ Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 5:30pm to 5:45pm
- Kowloon Tong MTR at ticket gate by Exit C ~ Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday, 6pm to 6:15pm
- Fo Tan MTR station at customer service centre near Exit D ~ 6pm to 6:15pm
- Royal Ascot shopping centre, near customer service centre ~ 5:30pm to 5:45pm
Please be punctual. Delivery man will leave for the next delivery after the meeting time. For food safety reason, uncollected orders will NOT be returned to bread secret and thus be considered to be abandoned, no further delivery arrangement and refund will be accepted.
Additional Information
We will be closed in the cases of Typhoon Signal No. 8 and above, Black Rainstorm Warning, or other adverse weather conditions. Delivery service and pick-up would have to be rescheduled. We will contact you for alternative arrangements and do the best to accommodate your needs.
