How long can the bread be stored? How should I store the bread?

Our bread can be kept in a sealed bag at room temperature (below 25C) for 1 or 2 days, or in the fridge for longer but no more than a week.
However, freshly baked bread is the best, with no added chemicals and preservatives, we strongly recommend to consume it within a day of delivery.
For breads that contain dairy such as cream should be consumed on the day of delivery, or keep refrigerated and consume as soon as possible.

 

What time is delivery time? Can I request for specific time of delivery?

Delivery time ranges from 14:00 to 19:00, however orders are usually dispatched at 16:00 and be delivered by 18:00 depending on order volume and traffic condition, and we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery. Please refer to our delivery information for detail.

 

Can I collect my order in the morning or earlier than the stated time?

No. Orders are processed in the morning on the day of delivery only. In most cases, bread will only be ready after 3pm.

 

Should I reheat the bread? How should they be reheated?

Even though they can be consumed directly, we recommend our friends and customers to reheat the bread before serving.
For most breads, simply spray a light mist of water on the surface of the bread, then bake at 180 to 200 C for 2 to 3 minutes (different oven varies), or pan-fry the bread at low heat with lid closed for 1 to 2 minutes.

Do you have a physical shop? Can I walk-in to buy bread?

No, we have a food-licensed factory (a small scaled bakery) at an industrial building.

 

How do I place order?

We accept order here on our website only. For detail on how to order, payment method, order changes, cancellations, and refund, please visit our order information.

 

What happens to my order when T8 or black rainstorm signal?

If T8 or black rainstorm signal is hoisted after 7:00am, orders of the day will be postponed to the next working day or the next order collection day.
If T8 or black rainstorm signal is expected or announced during our business hours, we will contact customers for a feasible order delivery method and time, or postpone to the next working day, or the next order collection day.
If your order is postponed, we guarantee that your bread will only be made on the new day of delivery. We apologize that no refund or cancellation is accepted.

 

Can I change the items I ordered? Can I change the delivery date?

Sorry no changes of order is accepted.

 

I will be early or late to collect my order, what should I do?

Please be punctual. Delivery man will leave for the next delivery after the meeting time. For food safety reason, uncollected orders will NOT be returned to us and thus be considered to be abandoned, no further delivery arrangement or refund will be accepted.
