This is a coffee flavour cruffin, which is made similarly as our Hong Kong-style milk tea cruffin. Cruffin is a croissant baked in muffin mould and then filled with variety of cream. The making of it is time-consuming where dough and butter are folded and pressed numerous times to make multiple tender layers on the inside and flaky on the outside. The dough absorbed the melt butter, attributing to the delicious flavour of the croissant. This combination of coffee custard and croissant will blow your mind.
Serve directly. To reheat, bake at 200 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
No preservative. Keep in sealed container and be refrigerated. Consumed within 1 day.
