There has been a trend in South Korea called “크룽지 (crungji),” which involves flattening croissants into a biscuit, offering a new way to enjoy croissants.
Our crungi is made from our homemade croissants and is twice the size of the typical flattened crungji in South Korea, weighing ~90 grams each. It is rich in buttery flavour and coated with caramel sweetness. It is freshly made daily and is never pre-packaged, nor does it contain any preservatives.
