A croissant is a viennoiserie pastry of Austrian origin, but mostly associated with France, and named for their crescent shape. We roll and fold dough with butter several times in succession results in a layered and flaky texture croissant. Professional-grade butter is used in our croissant instead of those that is generally available in supermarkets. It has higher butterfat, less air and water, more prominent butter flavour and aroma, thus a rich fragrant of butter flavour in our croissant.



Serving Suggestion
Serve directly. To reheat, bake at 200 degrees for 2-3 minutes.

Storage Suggestion
No preservative. Store in plastic bag at room temperature and consume within 2 days.
