Walnut Longan Rye Bread

Dried longan nourishes our spleen, blood, and helps to calm our mind and nerve.
Based on the recipe of Taiwanese champion bread, we added our own sponge-dough for softer bread, and only longan from Taiwan that is sweet with bursts of smoky flavour was used. The more you eat this longan, the more fruity it is.
The bread is filled with sweetness of longan and nutty flavour of walnut, this perfect combination has earned the name of Taiwan’s champion bread.
To reheat, lightly spray water on the surface of the bread, then bake at 180-200 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
No preservative. Store in plastic bag at room temperature and consume within 2 days.
