These bagels are made the classic way, by boiling them in water for a couple of minutes before baking. They are flavourful, modestly sweet, and chewy with soft, shiny crusts. Seasoned with poppy seeds and sesame. Good to be served directly, or to go with cream cheese, eggs, bacon, or any other toppings.

Serving Suggestion
Best served hot. To reheat, lightly spray water on the surface of the bread, then bake at 180-200 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
Storage Suggestion
No preservative. Store in plastic bag at room temperature and consume within 2 days.
