This is a loaf made with “TangZhong method”, a yeast bread technique involves cooking a portion of the flour and liquid in the recipe into a thick slurry prior to adding the remaining ingredients, resulting in particularly soft, moist, and fluffy loaf. This method also extended the shelf life of the loaf so it stays soft for longer.
No preservative. Store in plastic bag at room temperature and consume within 2 days.
