This is a healthy choice of bread made with rye flour, roasted pecan, and fried fig. The bread is crispy on the outside crust and tender on the inside. It has just the right amount of sweetness and loaded with fiber.

To reheat, lightly spray water on the surface of the bread, then bake at 180-200 degrees for 2-3 minutes.
