Anchovy, or Italian salted fish, is a frequently used ingredient in Western cuisine. It is treated with salt and oil, the aroma and flavor of the anchovy are greatly improved. You don’t usually eat anchovy directly; however it enriches the flavour of your food by adding just small amount into your dish.

Are anchovy bones safe to eat?
The teeny tiny bones of anchovies soften with the curing process, they are edible and never needed to be removed.

Best served hot. To reheat, lightly spray water on the surface of the bread, then bake at 200 degrees for 2-3 minutes to regain the crispy taste.
